As a Senior frontend developer at Zebracat, you will have a core role in shaping the heart of our product. You will bring the initial version to the next level and create magical experiences for our users. You will receive lots of user feedback, innovate, and iterate fast together with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of front-end development experience.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, Redux, modern HTML, CSS (including CSS Grid and Flexbox), and JavaScript.
• Proficient in animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, threejs), with a strong grasp of Canvas and WebGL for visual content.
• Significant experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda, and adept at integrating front-end applications with cloud-based services.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries beyond Redux, such as MobX or Recoil, to manage application states.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for web applications, especially those involving media-rich content like video.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Nice to haves

• Backend development experience, especially with Python, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Prior experience at a fast-paced startup and able to work well in unstructured environments
