Placing Orders

- Any amount exceeding the lesser of $100 or the total fees paid by you to Zebracat AI (excluding fees paid to service providers) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.
- Data loss or the cost of procuring substitute goods or services.
- Any matter beyond Zebracat AI’s reasonable control.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
As a merchant, Zebracat AI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit agreed upon with our acquiring bank.
